Neurodiversity-affirmative practice
A fresh approach uplifting the neurodiverse generation—and the adults who support them.
True North Neuro develops practical trainings that nurture stability, growth, and ease for neurodiverse young people, couples, families, clinicians, schools, and organizations to build practical scaffolding for an enjoyable life.

We do not diagnose. We understand, accompany, and build.
True North Neuro works with neurodiverse young people — roughly ages 8 to 32 — couples, their families, and the professionals around them. Our clinical fluency runs to executive function disorders and ASD and ADHD-adjacent profiles, post-adoption and adoption work, and the transitions that mark neurodiverse young-adult life.
The practice is scope-clear. We do not diagnose. We do not replace clinical care where a higher level of intervention is indicated. The work is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirmative, and built for the long road.
What we do
Five ways the practice shows up.
Parent Resources
Practical support for parents raising neurodiverse young people.
True North Neuro helps parents of neurodiverse young people find steady ground — through free courses, plain-language guidance, and tools built for the real hour, not the weekend workshop. We do not diagnose your kid or fix your family. We sit alongside you, name what is actually happening, and hand you something you can use tonight.
