True North first and foremost serves teens and young adults–with a mission to give every teen and young adult the best chance at a happy, healthy, fulfilling life where they feel free to exploring their true potential and learn to experience some level of joy daily.
In service to this core mission, we also offer training and support for their parents and caregivers as well as clinicians and teachers who share our commitment to empowering future generations.

We start out from a center of basic wholeness—setting aside trauma- or symptom-informed modalities to embark on an open, curious exploration of the internal and external landscape just as it is. From there, we take an orderly, honest approach to examining our experience, identifying reasonable, practical ways to better enjoy daily living, while systematically charting a clear path toward self-sufficiency in each aspect of life.
We create more space and perspective around areas where we may feel stuck. We try on new lenses, and by imagining different scenarios we begin to master our own neurological power to self-navigate in an uncertain world.
